1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM IST will be processed on the next working day. During high-traffic periods (such as festive seasons or sales), order processing may take longer—but we’ll keep you updated along the way.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping**: 1–3 business days

Local Pickup (Warangal): Available for select areas

Note: Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

We may offer free standard shipping on orders above 999/- (before tax and after any discounts), especially during launch or festive seasons. Stay tuned to our Instagram for such offers!

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification with a tracking link once the order has been dispatched. You can track the status of your package anytime.

5. Delays in Delivery
While we partner with trusted couriers, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or public holidays. Olive Christian Store is not responsible for such delays, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

6. Service Area
We currently ship within India only. For international delivery inquiries, please contact us directly via email or our contact form.

7. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before confirming your order. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability to receive the package, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, kindly notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue and will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. We are here to serve you with honesty and care.
