📦Return & Replacement Policy
We want you to be truly satisfied and blessed by your purchase. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement:
* Damaged during transit
* Wrong item shipped
share unboxing photos/videos in case of claims.
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
* Change of mind
* Personal preferences
* Items purchased during clearance or seasonal sales
* Personalized products (unless damaged or incorrect)
To initiate a return, email us at olivechristianstore@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once approved, we will either send a replacement or provide store credit for future purchases.
We do not offer cash refunds.

📧 Order Confirmation
Once payment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation with your order summary. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact our support team at olivechristianstore@gmail.com
🔁 Return Procedure
To initiate a return
1. Email us at olivechristianstore@gmail.com with:
* Your Order ID
* Reason for return
* Photos of the item and packaging
2. We’ll respond with return instructions and address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we’ll process your replacement or store credit within 5–7 working days.
📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
📍 Damaged or Wrong Items
Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the package if:
Your item is damaged
You received an incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or provide store credit, and cover the return shipping if it’s our mistake.
💰 Refunds
We do not offer cash or bank refunds.
If a return is accepted, you will receive a replacement item to be used on any future order.
Refunds (if any) will only be issued to the original payment method in rare cases approved by our team.
